Delegate a full pre-filing review

Lesson 4 of 7 · Compliance & safe AI use

1 · Learn the move · Agents + multi-step

An agent is a session you hand a job to and read the report from. The job it does well: the pass over a draft that checks every authority is in the table, every quotation has a page, every date names its order, and nothing identifiable survived. The job it never does: open the case, decide what it holds, or sign. Delegate the pass; keep the judgment.

You are the pre-filing reviewer. Read the draft in /m-2217/opp-draft.md and return only: (1) every authority not in the authorities table, (2) every quotation without a page cite, (3) every date that does not name the order or rule it came from, (4) any name, caption or docket number that survived redaction, (5) any sentence that predicts the ruling. Report; do not fix.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Client A's opposition is due to the partner on Thursday. You have the de-identified draft and the authorities table in one folder. Instead of reading them yourself at 9pm, delegate the first pass and keep the judgment.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
